What the facility gets

A complete programme. No setup overhead.

Staff receive three texts per week

Each enrolled nurse receives three supportive, human-voiced SMS messages per week — timed to their individual shift pattern for maximum relevance.

Anonymous outcomes report at week eight

At the end of the pilot, the facility receives a group-level outcomes report. No individual data. No names. Aggregate engagement and sentiment only.

Foundation pilots are free

The first cohort of facilities joins at no cost. In return, we ask for a debrief conversation and permission to include aggregate findings in programme development.

Your nurses receive messages from day one, drawn from the national pool. Your collection session contributes messages back for nurses at other facilities across NZ.

What it costs your team

Roughly four hours across eight weeks.

We designed this to be absorbed by the activities coordinator without disrupting care rosters or clinical workflows.

Staff opt-in — self-service, no admin required 0 hrs
